By contributing through this website you agree to these terms. The site invites voluntary support for Finlay Kavanagh, an individual athlete. It is not a registered charity, and contributions are not Gift Aid eligible.

What you are paying for

A contribution is financial support toward training and competition costs (including international travel, accommodation, lift passes, coaching, equipment, and competition entry fees). It is not a purchase of goods, a ticket, or a guaranteed sponsorship package.

Contributions, whatever the amount, do not automatically include kit-logo rights, clothing branding, or promotional deliverables. Businesses that want to discuss sponsorship or branding should contact Finlay via Instagram at @FINLAYFREESKI.

Payments

Payments are one-time, in GBP, and processed by Stripe Checkout. Funds are received by a parent-operated Stripe account. Stripe’s terms apply to the payment itself. This site does not offer subscriptions.

References to 2030 describe Finlay’s aspiration to represent Great Britain. They are not a claim of Olympic selection, qualification, or endorsement.

Tax

This site does not give tax advice. Whether a contribution is deductible for you depends on your own circumstances. No Gift Aid or tax-deductible claim is made here.
